- Led the technology work stream of an RFP to evaluate packaged billing and collections platforms - Coordinated with client IT directors to develop technical requirements, construct the vendor RFP, and define vendor scoring criteria/models - Facilitated input on the technical evaluation of the vendor(s) - Conducted solutioning sessions with vendor(s) and the Government-sponsored mortgage finance enterprise to define how the vendor solution fits into the Government-sponsored mortgage finance enterprise's technology architecture
