the Fortune 500 hospitality company needed a new REST layer built on top of existing SOAP services on an aggressive schedule, including APIs to handle hotel reservation bookings.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building a new REST layer on top of SOAP services under an aggressive schedule - Worked with Apache Camel for orchestration and CXF to expose REST services - Owned the reservations track, exposing APIs that handled booking of a hotel reservation - Used Jira for bug tracking and Git for the code repository
